One of Heidi's friends had a wee birthday not so long ago and I wanted to make a little something to go along with the birthday goodies. And also H was pretty keen "what are you going to make for her Mummy? Can you make something for her birthday Mummy? ..."
I'd seen some cute little purses around the interwebs and have a few pinned too. I adored one particular one but there was no pattern available... so I made it up :)
The inside is lined with some pretty ballerina fabric, and a cute wee wooden button on the outside. Both were from the Make Cafe.

I love it. Clever making up the pattern. Did you write it down? The colours are great. A little purse is perfect for a little girl. Cx
ReplyDeleteI love that she wants you to make something - so special xx
ReplyDeleteSo pretty and best of all, it's one of a kind :)
ReplyDeleteLove that H wanted you to make something - she's proud of her clever mum! It's well-loved already, even the little guy tries to steal it.
ReplyDeleteSo sweet!
ReplyDeleteVery sweet - how clever you are making up patterns like this! I notice you have some new social media icons too :) xx
ReplyDeleteThe ballerina fabric is so lovely, I was craning my neck to get a better look at it. You make it look so easy to make up a pattern, it's much harder than it looks to get it all in proportion, you did great!
ReplyDeleteThat's soooo cute! I love how teeny tiny it is :-)
ReplyDeleteThat seriously is the cutest bag ever! So clever. I am definitely a pattern follower, and even then I can't guarantee it'll be OK haha.
